Equipment setup

This is our solar observing platform.  It includes the following components:

• A120mm Skywatcher Pro apochromatic refractor (affectionately known as Luna), with BAADER solar filter from Kendrick Astro Instruments
• A 60mm Solarmax II with a double-stack hydrogen-alpha filter (affectionately known as Stella)
• A Losmandy tandem arm dove-tail array
• A CGM equatorial mount clock drive with NexSTAR computer tracking
• A field tripod

When fully assembled we weigh more than 50 Kg!!!
